The Problem
My client was a B2B SaaS startup that wanted to increase the number of users they had through online advertising.
They had previously outsourced their paid social and search advertising to another agency and felt that they had exhausted those channels.
Online search, social advertising, and press were their primary sources for acquisition.
The Solution
Not all problems require a complicated solution. I helped this client increase their MRR to CA$10,000 by:
- Refreshing their online display ad imagery
- Targeting and simplifying their message, so it’s relevant to their audience in their ad descriptions and landing page
- Increasing their ad spend by only CA$2000 for one month
The Results
- KPI met and exceeded: my client had at least three Marketing Qualified Leads every business day
- CA$10,000 in MRR with minimal increase in marketing spend
